Is there discount for bulk order?

Yes, if you order over a certain amount of one item. Please email us at first for inquiry and we can provide you with exclusive discount code etc.

Can you gift wrap for me?

All of our jewelry are ready to gift. We also help you write a gift note for free if that is something needed ☺️

What payment method do you take?

All major credit cards and PayPal, Meta Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay ☺️

Question about shipping, return, exchange ☺️

Is there free shipping?

Order over $35 qualify for free shipping over the U.S.! We are still working on getting cheap international shipping!

When would my item arrive?

We provide each package a tracking number. Usually we ship out your package in 1-3 business day. Please check USPS for update information! From experience, it usually takes a week to get the item arrive!

What is your return policy?

After your item arrived, please contact us within 7 days if you would like to return. Mail back the item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. We will issue you a refund as soon as possible :) We don’t provide return for final sale item. Check more detail at our return policy.

Can I exchange something?

After your item arrived, please contact us within 7 days if you would like to exchange. Your exchange item need to be the same value or less value than your original item. We can’t provide exchange for final sale item. 

Do I have to pay for return?

Yes, unfortunately we are not profitable enough to provide free return 🥲

Where should I ship my return?

In your package, please include our invoice or notes about the return! We suggest you use tracking also to prevent package lost :)

Can I shower with my jewelry?

We strong suggest NO! To make sure your jewelry stay as strong as shiny as possible, we recommend you don’t shower with them and minimize contact with chemicals.

Shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer and other liquids contain chemicals may corrode the surface of accessories 🥲

How do I take care of my jewelry?

When taking off the jewelry daily, you can wipe the jewelry with a dry cloth, which is not only the performance of hygiene, but also can maintain the gloss of the jewelry.

When not wearing it for a long time, you can wipe it with a dry cloth, then wrap it in plastic wrap. This keeps the gloss of the jewelry up for longer and prevent it from dust and oxidation 🥰

Do you ship internationally?

I am located at xxx, can you ship there?

We currently ships to over 20+ countries around the world, including Canada, Australia, Italy… Email us at if you want to order and the system doesn’t allow you to check out.

Am I responsible for the import duty?

Yes. We suggest you check with your country’s customs to see the limit of one package’s value. Usually it’s around $800 USD, so any order lower than that shouldn’t be an issue 🤔

How long would it take for my item to arrive?

Depends on where you are, I will say expect about 2-3 weeks at least. If it get stuck in custom, expect a little longer and contact them!

Where are you located?

We are located in San Francisco, California 🌁 Everything is crafted with love in San Francisco 🥰

How do you make your jewelry?

Everything is handmade by me and my mom ☺️

What do you use in your jewelry?

  • All prism Crystal beads are from Swarovski. Swarovski is known for making the highest quality crystals in the industry - these are the best!!
  • All natural stones are grade AAA (cat eye stone, hematite, amethyst, rosé quartz etc)
  • All seed beads you see are Japanese glass bead. They are very strong and waterproof :)
  • All Japanese Miyuki Bead are from Japan, also waterproof.
  • We use strong nylon thread for threading. We also use nylon strings or cotton strings in our jewelry.
  • We interchangeably use plated and filled metal parts in our jewelry. (Slowly changing all to filled)

We have official Etsy store and we also have Pinterest, Google, Facebook, Instagram shop :)! Our promotion could be slightly different on Etsy vs on our website. We try to make sure everyone is having a nice deal ☺️
