- We accept returns on all unworn, undamaged products with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at return@brightandgallant.com first.
- Jewelry Bundles
- Bundled products must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all products in the bundle in order to receive a refund.
- Last Chance
- Last Chance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Engraved Jewelry
- Engraved jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.
- International Returns
- Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to process on all international returns.
